I was beside myself because we couldn't seem to get a straight story from anyone - insurance, the cop, and the first body shop proposed by the insurance agency. When I called Subaru Pacific and talked to Sheri Atkins, I felt immediately "heard." She assured she me she could help and she DID. When we arrived with the car she took control, arranged the rental and gave us assurance about what the process of possible repair would be. As it turned out, our car was totaled and we didn't want to actually buy a car in CA. But Sheri went the distance for us and turned a scary situation into one that allowed us to proceed with hope. Electronics glitch Because my vehicle had a problem which might have been difficult to pin down and I had planned to be on the road that day, Joanne Martinez immediately Because my vehicle had a problem which might have been difficult to pin down and I had planned to be on the road that day, Joanne Martinez immediately offered me a rental vehicle and stayed in touch to ultimately let me know I could have my car back the same day in the afternoon.
