Neal knew how to demonstrate the different nice features of the car. He is patient with his customers, especially to someone like me who made sure I made the right decision and the best deal. The brake powder that stains the wheels were washed off well and the mats were washed too. It is an extra service that really matters a lot to customers like me who likes to keep their cars clean regardless of whether it is a leased car or not.
