Great purchase experience I rarely write reviews but when I feel really strongly about a business I feel compelled to. I picked up my new Subaru Crosstrek a week ago and couldn I rarely write reviews but when I feel really strongly about a business I feel compelled to. I picked up my new Subaru Crosstrek a week ago and couldn't be happier with the car and the dealer that I purchased it from. I had never purchased a Subaru before and as a result didn't have any insight into the best dealers. I visited several dealerships in Orange County where I live, but never really got a great feeling from those dealerships for one reason or another. In these days of Internet pricing it's easy to send out a bunch of emails and try to find the lowest price and I think that's fine but after not feeling comfortable in Orange County I took another approach. I started to research the dealerships themselves. I read the reviews of the dealerships in regards to the sales staff, service department, as well as their focus on customer service. I wanted to find a dealership that from A-Z I felt comfortable doing business with and I felt that the cream rises to the top and that if they were highly rated then that meant competitive pricing as well. I narrowed it down to four dealerships, none of them in Orange County, and I contacted them regarding pricing on the model/options that I was interested in. They all responded with quotes but in my subsequent email exchanges with them one dealer stood out in terms of product knowledge, responsiveness, and just an overall comfortable feeling and that was Subaru Pacific. My original contact was with Justin Majcherek and I then continued with Jim Nielsen. They worked together as a team to make sure that all my questions were answered and all my concerns were addressed and they gave me a great price to boot. When I picked up my car both Jim and Justin were there and were happy to spend time with me to go over the car and welcome me to the Pacific Subaru family. They both have continued to be accessible to me via text whenever I have a quick question about the car. The dealership itself is spacious, clean, well organized and welcoming. Car buying can be a bit of a jungle at times but honestly if you are in the market for a Subaru I'm not sure that you could do any better than Subaru Pacific in terms of price and customer service. I think that if you are within 100 miles of this dealership you'd be well served to be in touch with them and to see what they can do for you. More
