John Jacinto met me at my car when I arrived 15 min. before their scheduled time to open. Very helpful, thorough, listened to my concerns, and addressed them all respectfully. Purchased my 2017 Forester new with the terrific help of Jim Nielsen. Great staff, agency, and car! I’m a happy camper. Thanks, John for your help today.

"Honest and good at their job"

I had issues w my 2014 forester, and begrudgingly took it to a Subaru dealer in Van Nuys, CA. After the 150 inspection fee, the rep told me that they needed another 430 to further investigate the hard code that the computer was throwing. Long story short, I refused, took it to Subaru Pacific, and they repaired what was actually wrong with my car. It needed an oil change and an injector flush. That was it, no hard codes etc. They also replaced front end bushings (be nice if they wouldn’t need replaced at 50k, but that’s a fix Subaru needs to address) and they replaced hoses filters etc. The car is running beautifully. I recommend these guys wholeheartedly. They’re communicative and talented.

"Good service, but"

Dropped my car off for a recall service. The associate, Erick Rodas, who helped me was communicative and easy to work with. My only problem with the job was that when I got my car back, my inside compartments had been picked thru. Now they clean the car after the service, but not the inside and yet my arm rest compartment had been totally picked thru with a bunch items pulled out and placed throughout the car. I don’t think they took anything but it didn’t make me feel great knowing someone felt inclined to really dig thru my car.

They pretty much took care of everything. All I had to do was schedule a drop off. They said it would take more than 4 hours for service but finished in 2.5 hours. Great service from John Jacinto.

"Basic car service"

Generally efficient; this was my second service for a new car. I set apt online the day before, got email & text confirmation. At dealership on day of service, had to wait a bit before checked in. Once checked in all good. Ovy ordered an uber to drop me off and pick up, fast & efficiently! Service took longer than expected due to some service backups & a car wash machine that was down. But this was possibly due to high volume appts on a holiday weekend. Overall their service center is very good.

"Good Customer Service"

Excellent customer service and repair job. My service rep., John Jacinto, was wonderful; he took the time to research my coverages, and oversaw a prompt repair, making sure to call me to discuss options. I was able to make it to work after getting the repair done, and really appreciate the friendly, thorough and prompt service I received from John Jacinto and the folks in the service department.
