Jack Callaghan assisted my long-distance sales transaction with incredible communication, not to mention the highest professionalism of any vehicle purchase I have ever encountered. Jack even picked me up from the airport ON HIS DAY OFF and drove me 20 miles to the dealership and stayed at the dealer until the transaction was complete. The amazing team at Subaru Superstore in Chandler not only helped make it happen, they literally got me into my dream car. As in: I had been dreaming of that exact car for months. Their friendly attitude, willingness to explain everything to me so I felt like I was making the best choice, and patience as I figured out everything made what can often be a stressful experience into a delightful one. In contrast, Mr. Darby comes across as genuine - something I very much appreciate. His authenticity, coupled with his experience and knowledge, inspired trust and confidence. No pressure, easy sales Worked with Seton about a week ago. Came in looking for a certified pre-owned that had since been sold. Began looking at the new Imprezas and my wife Worked with Seton about a week ago. Came in looking for a certified pre-owned that had since been sold. Began looking at the new Imprezas and my wife really liked them. Ended up walking away with a fully loaded Impreza sedan for a great deal. Sales staff was easy and no pressure. The process was quick and painless and we were on the road in our new car in only a few hours. Would definitely recommend and also have fallen in love with all of ththe features and cool things this car can do. Huge step up from a 10 year old Ford Focus. Looks like I'll always have a Subaru in the garage from here on out. More
