My day was great from beginning to end. I was treated as a special customer by Mr Webb, and given his full attention during the whole process, of the new car purchase . After the sale was complete, it was then time to head to the fiance department to finish all of the paperwork and signing of the documents. That is where we met up with Mr Pierre Evans to finish i our paperwork. We found him to be very knowledgeable about his job and very helpful to us in explaining the process to us. So to sum it up why i think you should buy a car from Subaru Superstore in Chandler , Arizona. First They are very honest and fair in their dealings with you, and their word is their bond. We missed that solid, safe feeling and the experience of long lasting, low maintenance vehicles. We are getting up there in years, and have bought many vehicles. We walked in hoping to not get beat up too badly, and walk away with a fairly good deal. Darby walked out and greeted us with a genuine smile and offered his hand to shake. From there, he impressed us with his honest personality, product knowledge and absolutely ZERO pressure experience he gave us. He was patient with us, as we had no idea what we wanted and showed us everything we asked to see and answered every question we had to help us select the best vehicle for us. The best part was, when we found the one question he didn't know(regarding snow chains and the AWD system) rather than make up an answer, he went to service and found out!
