Great Experience! Ask for Morgan Trzaskos when you go. We test drove a half dozen cars and he was the most accommodating salesman we've ever come across. We were not going to rush and he reinforced our approach when he said "take your time, next to a home this is the next biggest purchase you'll make." We went in pre-approved but ended up getting a better apr rate through Subaru Chase. They worked well with us negotiating the price and never once was Morgan or his finance team pushy. We had been in a car accident and my car was totaled. I had no intentions of buying a new car anytime soon. So we weren't exactly thrilled to be there. But I cannot stress enough how great Morgan was. It was a long day (lots of test drives) but we ended up walking out of there very very happy. We ended up buying a 2012 Honda Crosstour and we are in love with it. The dealership itself was nice with plenty of comfy chairs, tvs, snacks, water & Starbucks coffee. I highly recommend this dealership for new or preowned cars. More

Enjoyable Buying Experience We first visited Subaru of Chandler just to see why Consumer Reports recommended the Subaru Forester so highly - even told the Sales Rep, Bill East, t We first visited Subaru of Chandler just to see why Consumer Reports recommended the Subaru Forester so highly - even told the Sales Rep, Bill East, that we weren't seriously interested. Still he took the time to give us a ride, showing his quiet pride in Subaru. This was in June 2015. Several times we went back to look again, but just could not get serious. Each time Bill was gracious, low-key, fully answering our questions. We finally did a Consumer Reports car buying service report to find out what the best price could be - then talked to a few local dealerships, then made an appointment with Bill to build the Forester of our dreams. Again he was courteous, not pressing, just being encouraging and helping us to order the car we really wanted. Bill is the best sales rep we have ever dealt with, period. When the car arrived Bill was instrumental in seeing that everything was done in good time; introduced us to several of the people involved. Rex Neely was especially helpful in reviewing the car features; Karen did the best job of handling paperwork that we had ever experienced. All in all, a grea enjoyable buying experience. More
