So after extensive research we decided to buy a Subaru. We were nervous about going to a car dealership as our previous buying experiences at another dealership had been stressful and difficult. After reading online reviews we decided to visit the Subaru Superstore in Chandler. From the moment we arrived we felt comfortable at the dealership. Seth the salesman came out to greet us. What we really appreciated is that he gave us the time and space to browse on our own then when we had questions he answered them all. At no time during the buying process did we feel pressured which was a big deal for us. Once Seth helped us decided on our new car (we went with the Outback) the process went very smoothly. We met Christine who gave us a thorough overview of the vehicle. Kim in finance then helped us get our loan squared away. Kim was friendly, efficient and helpful. Christine then took us to our new car and gave us a lesson in how to use the electronics etc. This was extremely helpful! They also offered us a new car owner orientation program to attend which is a wonderful idea. We highly recommend this dealership due to the friendly and knowledgeable staff. After multiple visits and failed nego I had a wonderful experience purchasing a new Subaru Outback at the Subaru Superstore working with Carlos Otero. After multiple visits and failed negotiations with our local Tucson Subaru, I decided to see what the Subaru Superstore in Chandler could offer. With just one call, Carlos was able to get me an excellent price on the exact vehicle I wanted. Carlos was kind enough to answer all of my additional questions by text and phone that evening, so that I could make sure everything about the vehicle was exactly what I was expecting. I drove up to Chandler the next morning and could not be more satisfied with the quality of service I received from Carlos and everyone else on the team! Carlos made sure that my vehicle was reserved and ready for me to look over right when I arrived. Within just a few hours, we had all of the paperwork signed, the accessories I requested were installed, and the car was detailed and ready to go! The staff walked me through every new feature on the car and made sure that every question was fully answered before I drove back to Tucson. Classy Organization I had the pleasure of buying a used Chevrolet Impala from Bouvier Brandon in December of 2015. Having been burned buying a used car before I was skept I had the pleasure of buying a used Chevrolet Impala from Bouvier Brandon in December of 2015. Having been burned buying a used car before I was skeptical at first, but Bouvier was a class act. I enjoyed both working with and chatting with Bouvier. My situation was more complicated than I anticipated as I had an outstanding loan on a totaled car, and despite the fact that I had discussed it with my bank 2 weeks in advance they still dropped the ball, but Bouvier and the finance folks held my hand the whole way through even though I am sure I was one of their smaller customers. The sticker price on the car was reasonable, and I was able to negotiate a further discount of about 5% without a lot of hassle. I am especially impressed that their fees are far less than some of the other places I've looked. I've only had the car a couple days but it appears to be in perfect working order. If these folks have the car you are looking for I would really encourage you to give them a shot. If your experience is similar to mine you will leave very happy. More
