We just purchased a new Toyota RAV4, but we're also looking to replace our Camry as well. We are from MN, visiting AZ for the week, and decided to check out the Subarus. Seton did a wonderful job of walking us through the Impreza, Legacy and Cross Trek models. He took the time to explain the merits of each and once we settled on a Legacy, took us out for a test drive and continued to point out facts, figures and positives. We really appreciate the time he took especially since he knew we would not be buying a car in AZ. Now we are armed with the information we need to bring back to the Subaru dealer in MN. I never felt pressured in the process and I felt that they genuinely wanted to make sure that I felt that I was getting a good price for my new Forester. I was there on a busy Saturday. The whole staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Every step in the process was clearly explained. One of the best parts was the delivery coordinator going over every function of the vehicle with us, setting up the navigation and sound system, and pairing phones.
