The BEST car-buying experience EVER! My husband and I were ready to trade in our van and wanted to buy a car that would be hassle and worry free for a long time to come. We visited different dealerships and test drove about a dozen cars. We drove a Subaru Forester at Subaru Superstore. Ron Lundberg and new sales associate Wayne Martini were both very helpful. Ron reiterated Subaru's safety record and reliability. Wayne detailed the Forester's many safety features and explained aspects of the engine under the hood. Their product knowledge was impressive. The test drive moved it to our top choice. Together Ron and Wayne helped us get the car of our dreams for a great price! Marc Dicino guided us smoothly through the purchasing paperwork and Bryan Marz helped us understand the new technology found inside and outside the car. Each person was courteous and attentive to our concerns, which made us feel comfortable during the buying process. The team that I worked with (Seth, Christine and Pierre) stayed late to help us understand the vehicle and Seth even drove my old car home - my wife is unable to drive. I should mention that I had been to another Subaru dealer in the north valley so I was able to compare service; Seth and the team were much more pleasant. I recommend them most highly. More
I finally found an honest dealership! Wow! Where do I even start? This dealership has got to be the best dealership that I have ever bought a car from. From the beginning to the end it jus Wow! Where do I even start? This dealership has got to be the best dealership that I have ever bought a car from. From the beginning to the end it just seemed flawless, too easy, and absolutely no pressure at all. If I had any complaint it would be that I would have liked for them to be just a little more aggressive! And I never would have thought I would hear myself saying that, ever. It was the smoothest transaction I think that I have ever done. You will not find a dealership that has employees that are more courteous, considerate, professional and very attentive to your needs. It becomes very obvious that Richard, the owner, runs a very honest and no pressure dealership and makes sure that if there are any problems everything is addressed and resolved. Our salesman, Carlos Otera, was very easy to work with. We would highly recommend him for a salesperson in the future. He Is very thorough, very straightforward and very willing to help in any way that he possibly can. He never hesitated to find time when we needed to come by and talk about ordering our 2016 Outback 3.6R or wanting to do another test drive. Yes, yet another test drive after test drive. He never seemed bothered. But the best part about this? (as usual, with most dealerships everything goes pretty much okay until you have to go in and sign and complete the deal) I would have to say after being burned so many times, I was not looking forward to that final closing even though everything that I saw would have suggested that that would not be the case. Honestly, I was dreading it in the worst way because it just seem too good to be true that this dealership was so easy to buy a car from. So we went into the final closing and it was absolutely the easiest thing that I've ever done. Everything was just as the rest of the buying process was-very easy. No pressure, no games, no misleading. Just very upfront and nothing misleading about it! One other thing, besides the fact that we had an awesome salesperson, a great buying experience, and of course that great closing experience, was the new car ownership class that they offered where they explain or answer all the questions that you might have after buying or purchasing a car. Also because my wife had a 2006 Tribeca that had been serviced at there dealership I knew that their service was also very good and the people there were very easy to work with. Of course, my wife would say the best part of it was being able to use a loaner car when our car was in the shop! More
