Committed to ME, the customer. I walked into this dealership and started to build a relationship with Seton Faircloth. What I realized from the start was that Seton was going to do everything he could to create an experience and not make it simply about a mere transaction. When I purchased my BMW, I had so many incentives to choose from which included a low-interest, long-term loans and clearly I over-extended myself by seeking instant automotive gratification. At the end of two years, I owed more on the vehicle loan than the car was worth and that's where Seton stepped in; not to bail me out but to help me out. Most important to me was to get as much as I could for my trade, knowing I wasn't going to get any where near what it was worth. However, I had a number that I thought was fair and through some healthy discussions, we were able to agree on a number. Secondly, I knew what I wanted to pay for their vehicle (2010 Forester with only 31K on it) and after a few discussions, we agreed. Lastly, Kim Neal, Business Manager worked diligently to find the lowest rate out there for me. Here's the thing. While sitting in the lobby, the conversations I overheard between the sales associates and customers were personal. While its the job of the sales associates to sell, I found that they weren't pushing their own agenda or quota, they were creating experiences and genuinely trying to do what they could to help out the customer. Seton was an absolute reflection of that. I won't say that it was ALL rainbows and unicorns during the negotiation but at the end of the day, we felt we both accomplished what needed to be accomplished. I visited 4 dealerships in the valley over a period of 2 weeks and some significant phone time with the one in Tucson, and by far, the Subaru Superstore was the best in service, quality, and experience. Very enjoyable experience, extremely satisfied I stopped in because I had been considering trading in my BRZ for a WRX hatchback and Subaru Superstore had just received two trade-ins that met my re I stopped in because I had been considering trading in my BRZ for a WRX hatchback and Subaru Superstore had just received two trade-ins that met my requirements. After looking around on my own a bit, I was approached by Mike Wray and he took me around in the cart to take a look at the WRXs, even taking the time to show me one that was in the back awaiting service before being put on the lot. We took one for a drive and it was very low-pressure and Mike was very clearly knowledgeable of the car which was a welcome change compared to most dealership experiences I've had. We decided to "see where the numbers fell" and ended up making a deal. While things were being processed, Mike and I talked cars and really had a nice chat about different car models and technologies that we liked. Pierre Evans took care of the financing portion and was extremely pleasant and professional. I came in around 9:30AM and left at 2 with my new car, a one-owner, low miles, bone stock WRX hatchback which is exactly what I wanted. All of the staff here were professional and an absolute pleasure to deal with. At no point did the entire interaction feel much different from a casual conversation with friends and I left feeling very happy. Thank you all. More

To eliminate my stress and frustration I decided to continue my car search on the internet. Bingo, I have my dream car at the Subaru Superstore in Chandler AZ. I contacted them to see if the vehicle was still available and not long after I was contacted by Carlos Otero, who is in sales. Online we agreed on the price and a deal was made. Next day I flew out to Phoenix and was greeted by Carlos at the airport. We drove to the dealership to finalize the deal and to pick up my new Subaru Outback. I was so impressed with his professionalism, customer service and kindness. More

Fantastic experience! Great car purchase. No hardsell. Justin met me off the lot and pretty much introduced me to the Subaru world. He explained everything completely. Very Great car purchase. Test drove the car, showed me various differences from different year WRXs, and offered food/water. Offered a fair price for the car and the trade in. Justin took the time to walk me through most of the paper work and to make sure I get used to new all the buttons/controls even after the dealership closed. I'm absolutely satisfied with everything. Within minutes of submitting my email online I received a call from Bouvier and knew I was in good hands. I arrived at the dealership and told Bouvier exactly what I wanted my WRX to include and he made it happen. He didn't drag things on and try to trick me into buying anything extra and he made the whole sale clear as day. I feel that I received above and beyond the expected service that anyone could expect when purchasing a new vehicle.
