The Showroom was clean, not too cluttered and had a very nice atmosphere. The salesman, Michael was attentive, knowledgeable, and took every measure to ensure we were only shown vehicles that fit the price/payment range we initially told him. He was extremely personable, friendly, with a great sense of humor. While we waited for financing he shared his driving experience on a recent trip from Washington. He put us at ease and was not in the least bit "pushy". The finance team, Kim and Scott (he was from Olympia?) were equally as wonderful. I look forward to coming back to purchase a car for myself!! More

I totally trusted Jarrod; he was honest and upfront and absolutely no high pressure; he told it like it was and I appreciated that. He knew the business--the car, the financing, and dealership. He had done his homework and I could tell. When driving out of the dealership with our new car, I had no feelings of regret; I felt confident that I had made a wise choice and the dealership had been honest and fair to me. I did not have to play games like "let me check with my manager a million times" I felt that Jarrod could make those decisions. I was quite impressed and the dealership treated me like I was important. Jarrod was polite as soon as we walked up to the front doors and we told him we were there just looking. More

We even did a testdrive to my house to make sure it would fit in my garage with enough room left over. This is also my first lease. I did my homework before going in and everything they told me matched up with what I had learned which gave me confidence in them. The finance lady Kim was also wonderful and it took me no more than 45 minutes to get all the paperwork done. She also did not pressure me at any point to buy the extended warranty or any add-ons once I said no thanks...something other dealers rarely let go of without a fight. I am not sure if I will lease again or buy this one outright but I would definitely get my next one here, without a doubt. More

Outstanding Support Since I bought my Subaru Outback I pass thru several dealers that they were incapable to just do a simple oil change. Actually, all the damage that my car have today was due to poor technicians that make more damage that they repair, scratches, wrong replacement parts, wrong wheels adjustment, missing parts... At this point I was just thinking that I couldnt find a thrustworty dealer. But Subaru Superstore, did a great job and surprise me!! I had a major maintenance schedule (over 4 hours) and after read all the reviews online I decide to drive more than 2 hours (one way) to give them a change. And I have to said.. I will be back. My service advisor was Mike Boyd and he went an extra mile and beyond to make sure all the past mistakes are corrected and my car was like new and also try to get me the best deals possible and never never never... I can not emphasized enough...NEVER... try to sell me overprice services or the ones I do not need. I comes from a mechanic family and I really appreciate the work that the professionals did with my car. Actually for your information the same maintenance in other dealer was estimated 600 dollar more than I actually paid in SuperStore. Thank you Mike, Superstore. In fact, I actually live in Colorado (14 hours away) and travelled all the way to Chandler to buy my vehicle. Jack Callaghan helped walk me through the process of buying a car from a distance. I bought a 2005 Subaru Outback with 59,000 miles on it that was in great condition. Jack was great to work with and he did an excellent job communicating with me over the phone about the vehicle. He was very personable, forthright and inspired trust. He took the time to walk around the vehicle and give me a detailed description of the condition, and then let me put a deposit to hold the car for 72 hours. He mentioned how your dealership reconditions each used vehicle, which gave me a lot of confidence. Jack said the condition of the car was probably an 8 or 8.5 out of 10. When I arrived via a flight from Denver, I was very pleased to find the Outback in the exact condition that he described it in. I have rarely come across a salesman as honest and helpful as Jack. If you are looking to buy a Subaru in Phoenix, or even if you are far away, I would highly recommend this dealership and Jack Callaghan! Thanks again Subaru Superstore. More
