I had a trade and he requested information using forms and this process was smooth also. Within a few hours of some basic negotiating we came to an agreeable price contingent that my vehicle had not yet been personally viewed. I made an appointment and Josh had the car ready for me upon arrival. He was courteous and responsive to all of the questions that I had. Josh explained the operation of the many functions of the vehicle including pairing my phone and setting up the navigation system. All in all, this was one of my most enjoyable purchases of a vehicle and I am 66 years old having purchased many vehicles. I highly recommend this dealer and of course personally Josh Decker. More

Both Joey and Josh were very knowledgeable, polite and helpful. Mark, in the business office, made the paper work a breeze. The facility is clean, modern and full of creature comforts. The staff knows their cars, as well as the Jeep we traded. They gave us a fair price for the Jeep. We got a great price on a Forester that we LOVE. There was no need to haggle. They were entirely professional. We live in Central Phoenix so it was a 40 minute drive and worth every minute of the drive. We will definitely go to Subaru Superstore for future car purchases and cannot recommend them highly enough. More

Larry spent over an hour explaining all of the features and going for a test drive. We were than introduced to Anthony who worked with us to get us the best deal possible. He also is just a great guy and made the process very stress free. Last but not least we met with Pierre to do the final paperwork. Lot personnel vs state of vehicle I understand that lot personnel are not to be confused with professional service people. When I picked up my car this afternoon I found the AC on ful I understand that lot personnel are not to be confused with professional service people. When I picked up my car this afternoon I found the AC on full, the radio on full and the driver seat lowered and reclined. I can rationalize that is was hot and the individual may have sat in there for a few minutes so he wanted the radio on but to lower the seat is a bit much….at best everything should have been returned to the original state.
