I decided to stop by Saturday May 10 just to check how much I was going to get for my Mitsubishi Lancer. I was very happy with the offer (1,500 more that AutoTrader) and decided to test drive a Subaru Impreza. MSRP was 24,072, they lowered the price to 22,700. That Saturday after just 2 1/2 hours I was driving home my new Subaru Impreza. What a great feeling! Mr Decker was very helpful & knowledgeable. This is by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. If you are in the market for a new Subaru, the Subaru Superstore is the place to go. More

Josh listened to me when I said I didn't want the full force sales attack. Josh followed up with me by email (my preferred contact). He didn't harass me. Josh gave me the attention I needed - answered my questions. The price was great. I checked on line pricing to determine if I was getting a good price or if I could do better. It was a good price. I would recommend Josh! Brent Gunderson is the finance person - he was helpful, explained the 'package'. He understood that some of the options were not for me due to the distance I live from the dealership. When we were done with all of the signing, Brent found the closest AZ DMV, printed out the directions for me. I needed this info so I could transfer my 'old' car over to my daughter. Josh and Brent were both extremely helpful, low pressure and polite! I would definitely recommend them both! More
