Not only he a very likable man, he made the process super easy from beginning to end. Dean seems like a regular guy, not the typical sleezeball car salesman we love to hate. New car buying experience Josh, Pierre and staff that I encountered during my car buying experience were great. Everyone was professional, friendly and well versed in the vehicles. The showroom and surrounding areas were spotless. We were offered beverages and snacks as we were there for quite a few hours. The no hassle and informative stance both Josh and Pierre took were wonderful. Josh went through all of my options and answered each of my questions with detail. Pierre explained my financing option and took the time to go through the extended warranty choices and how it would effect my monthly payment. The experience overall was painless and I would highly recommend Subaru Superstore to friends and co-workers. We felt heard and respected throughout the process. This is my first Subaru and hopefully not my last. We are excited to start our adventures in my new Hybrid Crosstrek. Thank you to all of the staff for making my purchase a smooth journey. No Pressure I came to the Subaru store through Costco. I called and was connected to Joey Labranche. He was one of the Costco reps at that location. I set an appointment to get some information on a 2014 Crosstreck. When my wife and I arrived we were meet by Joey.We began to talk and I had asked a lot of questions being I had a Subaru back in the late 80s and was not at all happy with it. Joey was very understanding and knew the Subaru product very well. After taking a couple of test drives we went into his office and reviewed all the pricing. It was a great experience talking wit him there was no pressure to buy. He was not annoying as most car salesmen are. It did not work out for me to purchase a car at this time due to personal preferences. I would most definitely return to deal with Mr.Labranche and would recommend him. More

I came to the dealership with a rental car and Larry Jones followed me all the way to the airport to return the rental car which saved me a headache. Larry even tried to return the rental himself by contacting the car company for me. I was not expecting to buy the car that day but with the comfort and direction provided by Larry I ended up driving a brand new Subaru WRX home the same day. I highly recommend Subaru Superstore and Larry Jones. More

We spoke with a few people from the internet sales department, (we live in North Central AZ). The first individual we spoke with in person was Joey Labranche. I was impressed with his determination to please us as a customer. Joey worked hard to take care of our wishes from the moment we met. Secondly Josh Decker jumped in to take care of some paperwork with our purchase. Finally, Marc Dicino took us through the finance portion. The finance process was streamlined, professional and easy to understand. As I mentioned, our experience here was a pleasure. I was particularly impressed with the way I saw all the employees we dealt with pitch in and work together for a common interest.
