Larry was very informative, honest and upfront. It was obvious from the get-go that he knew his way around the entire process and paperwork and helped guide us with our best intentions in mind. The entire process was very painless and smooth. He had all needed paperwork ready and knew exactly which paperwork would be needed once we got into the finance area. This made it even quicker when we changed hands because we knew exactly what to bring up. He was patient with all of our questions and allowed us to determine the flow of the process (some parts we could go through faster and others we were very slow and meticulous about). Fair, Polite, Prompt, delivered my Forester to my doorstep! Joey is calm and clear. A joy to work with! I appreciated the prompt responses, on email and the phone.
