So our experience was outstanding. We went in looking at three different model new cars. Larry took us throught all the features of all the .different models we were wanting to know more about. As we left the first time Larry introduced us to Mark Harper another nice guy. Mark clarified our interest and purchase timing very well and offerd to help in anyway going forward. My second visit was to get more specifics on the navigation system and Larry offered and walked me through the demo in the outback. Our third visit was for Heidi to look again at colors and to learn more about possibally getting the premium model instead of the touring. Heidi was also figuring out how to get the lighter seats and the perimum had those options. Larry assisted us along all our visits and was very helpful.. We stopped at quite a few dealerships during out studies and larry was one of the posatives why we chose a subaru and why in the chandler location. More

We were there just to look and crunch some numbers, so we thought. As a recently retired couple, we needed to make sure this new car fit in our budget. Dean Montoya was very patient with us. We looked at so many versions of the Crosstrek and then looked at the same ones again. Dean kept a very positive attitude through the whole process. He did what he could to get us a better trade in amount and interest rate that made this sale possible.
