I first met Morgan Trzaskos when I went to the dealer to see new the new Subaru Impreza five door hatch. We went for a test drive and he explained every thing about the car well. As months went by, Morgan kept in touch via e-mail, letting me know of any current dealer specials. He never bugged or pressured me, just kept me informed and even asked if I had already purchased another car that he would remove me from his contact list If I so desired. When the need for a new car became necessary, he was able to present three models based on previous conversations that might meet my wants and needs. The negotiation process was quick and easy and I got a great deal on my new Impreza Sport Limited. The financing process with Brent Gunderson was also quick and easy. Morgan took us on a tour of the facility and at vehicle check out, went over every thing on the car, even linking my wife`s smart phone to it. He was assisted by Jen Ponsock, a new sales rep in training. She was very exited for us receiving our new car and a strong Subaru supporter. Raul Ramirez in parts, assisted me with the purchase of some accessories. I met Dulcie Pimentel, my assigned Service Advisor, who seemed ready and willing to meet my service needs. Everyone I dealt with at Subaru Superstore Is friendly, knowledgeable, happy where they`re working and treated my wife and I like family. This truly was my best new car buying experience. More

Subaru Superstore is on the high end of all the Subaru dealerships that I have endured including Washington state and Florida. I have owned 6 Subaru's and have dealt with many dealerships both in the sal dealerships that I have endured including Washington state and Florida. I had been in the market for a new vehicle for a few months now. After some online research I decided to visit a local Subaru dealer to look at the new Impreza. No pressure was aimed in my direction by any member of the sales team as well as by any member of upper management. She really listened to what I had to say about what I wanted in a new car. They allowed me to waste plenty of there time in finding the perfect fit for ME and ensured my obsessive needs where their number 1 priority. I was presently surprised to find that the Impreza WRX was a perfect mix of style and performance that fit my personality very well. Without pressure Jen Ponsock and sales associate David Siembor allowed me to leave the dealership to think it over while I finished running around. I talked it over with my wife and before I knew it we were signing paper work! They made me a great deal on the vehicle and the service I received was excellent! We went car shopping expecting it to be a bad experience and we found that Josh Decker at Subaru Superstore made it a very pleasant one. They didn't have the color we wanted but he found it and we had the car within 3 days. We were in and out of the dealership within 2 hours. There was no hassle with the finance department and it was high tech. We had to sign minimal paperwork; most of the signing was on the computer. We took it back to get the windows tinted and the service department treated us well. We had a great experience and would recommend it to anyone. More
