The staff are genuinely personable and are willing to take the time to not only discuss your issues, but also remember you and who you are from previous visits. I always love dropping in during my service appointments to just say hello to Kristi or Brent. We had been contemplating a new car, but hadn't decided when. We arrived at the Subaru Super Store to have the oil changed in ou4 2008 Outback. Mike Rigney took our phone call and gave us directions to the dealership. He kindly asked if we had an associate we were working with and when we did not he offered his services.
