This is my third Subaru. Darby was welcoming and helpful without being pushy. He worked with us on placing an order and was realistic about the delivery date (longer given the shortages worldwide for parts without being pushy. He was working with another couple when we arrived, but introduced us to his associate who took me for the test drive. Darby stopped by repeatedly to help us to the next steps in the process. Overall easy to work with and very helpful. I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle.
