You see, I knew Johnny from before. Two years ago I purchased a 2017 Crosstrek from Subaru Superstore of Chandler. John was my sales person at that time. A recent email from Subaru suggested that I come in and see what I could get for a trade-in on a new car. Well, I did want to new vehicle and Johnny truly went out of his way (unbelievable, actually) to ensure that I was able to purchase the 2019 Crosstrek that I had my eye on. He went to bat for me (he truly wanted me to be able to purchase my vehicle) to see that I received a fair exchange for my 2017 Crosstrek and, in the end, I ended up driving out of the dealership with my Sunshine Orange 2019 Crosstrek with blink spot sensors, lane departure, distance pacing cruise control, and more: a beauty of a machine. When we came to the superstore, we were pleasantly surprised by the salesman’s knowledge of the vehicle and especially towards uses we had in mind (camping, off-roading, combined with daily work commutes). He wasn’t pushy and clearly answered all our questions. Purchasing the vehicle was a non-contentious, friendly experience. I will happily return to this dealership for my next Subaru! More

Excellent experience from start to finish! This is my first buying experience of a Subaru vehicle. Most of my life I have bought another brand. Ron Lundberg treated me with respect and kindness This is my first buying experience of a Subaru vehicle. Most of my life I have bought another brand. Ron Lundberg treated me with respect and kindness throughout the whole buying experience. I never felt I was being sold something. I had many questions regarding reliability, service, and quality being my first Subaru purchase. Ron continued to answer my questions and reach out with personal examples of my concerns. I followed this up by sitting in the service center one morning speaking with other Subaru customers who were all having service done on their cars. I interviewed over 10 people all who stated how reliable their cars have been, how good the service has been at Chandler Subaru, and the quality has exceeded their expectations. Many of these people have had their vehicles a long time. I walked away feeling better about the purchase I was going to make. Ron continued to deliver a quality customer service experience throughout the process making sure the attention to details were taken care of until I left with my new vehicle. Thank you Ron! Alex Asslide helped us throughout the finance process. What a great experience! He seemed more like a consultant than the typical finance guy trying to up-sell you on everything. Very personal and informative throughout the finance process. Never felt like I was being sold, just educated me on the pros and cons of what products and services are out in the market place today.
