Best car buying experience ever!!! Love their no games approach! Went to the one on Bell rd. first, didn't like how they wouldn't just tell us a price. First, the dealership was clean, pleasant and open. I felt welcome from the time I got there. I had an appointment with Mike Scribner who met us on time and was very open and transparent to our needs. The finance portion was also met with ease as Dusty Mandrell made it simple through the process. We ended with Tina Van xxxx who so graciously instructed us on the use of the vehicle and made me feel like if I needed further help, it would be so easy to get that assistance. I would highly recommend this dealership! More

Collette greeted me right away and after a brief discussion I was able to drive the car I had in mind. This is incredibly important because my experience in the past with other dealerships has been for the sales staff to direct me to a completely different vehicle or a more expensive vehicle. Collette was very knowledgeable and patient. She answered every question I had from vehicle details to trade in and financing. As we moved closer to the finalization of the deal, Charles provided great support and effort to make a deal. Completing the finance details with Dusty was a breeze and again every question I had was answered in solid detail. Tina was a great help going over the set up of the vehicle and giving me pointers for the owner's manual and infotainment system. Overall, this purchase experience was incredible. Each staff member was kind, patient, helpful, and spoke to me as a person instead of a payday. I highly recommend Subaru Superstore of Surprise. More

We test drove both of the types of vehicle that we wanted to compare, an Outlook and a Forester. This helped decide which one would work best for our needs. He assisted us in getting the information need to complete the purchase which was complicated because we have homes in both Iowa and Arizona. Tina Van xxxx was very helpful in providing us with valuable information that we needed to operate the new vehicle, and in transferring our personal items from our old vehicle to the new one. Dusty Mandrell led us through the complicated process of completing the financial transaction needed to purchase the vehicle. All of this was complicated by the fact that my wife, Barb, had to handle the transaction as I was not supposed to talk because I had undergone surgery on my vocal chords the previous day. We appreciated their special consideration in assisting us. More

After being underwhelmed at a neighboring dealership, we headed for the Surprise Superstore We recently had a great experience buying a 2018 Outback. After being underwhelmed at a neighboring dealership, we headed for the Surprise Superstore and were so glad we did! Shelby was our salesperson and she was fantastic. She possessed a wealth of knowledge about the vehicles we were considering (a 2016 pre-owned Outback, a 2017 new and a 2018 new). We spent close to two hours test driving each vehicle and making comparisons. We never felt rushed and most importantly, we never felt pressured to make a purchase. We finally settled on the 2018 and absolutely love it. The Surprise Superstore is a relatively new dealership. The facility is immaculately clean and everyone working there was helpful and friendly. The processing of our paperwork and loan was expedient. After our purchase we worked with Tina who spent close to an hour with us going over every aspect of the on board controls of the car which was extremely helpful. My husband and I both agreed that this was the best car buying experience we have ever had. We highly recommend this dealership. More
