After being underwhelmed at a neighboring dealership, we headed for the Surprise Superstore We recently had a great experience buying a 2018 Outback. After being underwhelmed at a neighboring dealership, we headed for the Surprise Superstore and were so glad we did! Shelby was our salesperson and she was fantastic. She possessed a wealth of knowledge about the vehicles we were considering (a 2016 pre-owned Outback, a 2017 new and a 2018 new). We spent close to two hours test driving each vehicle and making comparisons. We never felt rushed and most importantly, we never felt pressured to make a purchase. We finally settled on the 2018 and absolutely love it. The Surprise Superstore is a relatively new dealership. The facility is immaculately clean and everyone working there was helpful and friendly. The processing of our paperwork and loan was expedient. After our purchase we worked with Tina who spent close to an hour with us going over every aspect of the on board controls of the car which was extremely helpful. My husband and I both agreed that this was the best car buying experience we have ever had. We highly recommend this dealership. More

Sales people were very nice I was so pleased that my salesman Adrian Calzada was so helpful in setting up my I-phone, the radio and the technical parts of the car that I was not I was so pleased that my salesman Adrian Calzada was so helpful in setting up my I-phone, the radio and the technical parts of the car that I was not familiar with. Also, I had left something in the car and he went and found the car and is sending me what I left of which I am so appreciative. In addition Tina Van xxxx was most pleasant, kind and patient in going over Starlink and re-enforcing what Adrian did for me. I think it is such an excellent idea to have a delivery specialist so that the customer is comfortable learning all the technology this car has to offer Dusty Mandrell handled the financing with ease and perfection. Doug Attig was also very helpful in the purchase. More

He gave me space when I needed to talk with my husband on the phone. He even helped me get my rental car back so I could take my new car home. Dusty got me a better deal with financing than what my bank had to offer. Tina showed me how my car worked. (Though I'm going to look for YouTube videos on it because I already forgot). Unfortunately I forgot the lovely front receptionists who made sure I was comfortable. Even though there is options that Subaru offers that their employees have to share with us there was no high pressure sales at all. I also want to say that this experience only took 2 hours max and part of any delays were contributed to me. I doubt that I will be buying any new car or at least a decade but I will return here for my future car purchases. Thank you for the best car buying experience any person may have! More

I was right . We had to have a small discussion vis-a-vis my trade, but it was low key, minor and resolved to my satisfaction. No "turkish-bazaar" type haggling. The GM came over and introduced himself and thanked me for coming to their dealership. All-in-all a really good experience and I'd go again. More
