I'm very pleased with my interactions with Subaru personnel both sales and service. Service diagnosed and fixed a leak of the oil pan gasket in less time than originally estimated. Our service advisor, Adam Morrison-Vega, always provides excellent customer service. Today, he really went above and beyond. We are leaving for our home state of Oregon, and yesterday all the warning light excellent customer service. Today, he really went above and beyond. I was at the dealership for a 12 months 12,000 mile warranty check up. I arrived about 15 minutes early had to wait about 15 minutes before they took the car but I waited in the comfort of my own car s warranty check up.
