Ms. Cline - First I want to thank you for taking the time to leave us a comprehensive review of your experience with our establishment. We have reviewed all your visits this summer in great detail, from evacuating and recharging the Freon from your HVAC unit during a recall appointment. During your second visit regarding your AC, our technicians found a leak and the replacement of the O-Rings between the values which was covered under the Extended Warranty of your vehicle. During your third visit our Service Director witnessed the issues you had brought to our staff's attention regarding your AC unit again making an unpleasant noise and blowing warm air. After evaluation we determined that there is a leak and performed all suitable services to ensure your satisfaction and correction of the issue at no additional charge. All parts utilized were Subaru parts and listed on the repair order you've received copies of, after each appointment. Each visit a loaner was provided to you, during a shortage of available vehicles. We understand you were/are busy and we tried our best to accommodate your schedule. We also would like to note that you never spoke with Angela Mattix, we believe you are confusing her with Anne-Marie Luther who waited o you during two of your visits to our store. We would also like to note that you purchase your vehicle at a different retailer and your first service visit was 10/26/20 at 50,059 miles. I am sorry we were not able to meet your expectations.
