I enjoyed my experience at 5 star with Ryan as my advisor. He was helpful from start to finish. He informed me of what was being done with the car. The lounge was relaxing. Will come back for future maintenance and possibly trading in my Subaru for another Subaru

Five star Subaru is like no other car dealership I have been to. Upon entering the service drive Ryen Ruybal promptly greeted me and immediately started filling out a service ticket for my Subaru Forester.
He then proceeded to show me the customer beverage and coffee bar and then pointed out two separate customer waiting areas. My Subaru was ready in just a few minutes. The service work was covered under warranty and they had washed and cleaned my car! This place continues to impress me every time I go there.
The service department here even has some type of rubberized flooring and the shop is fully air-conditioned.
I feel certain that providing a service area of this quality helps them hire and retain the best possible service technicians. Thanks, Robert Bailey
