All the people that work in the service center are great but it has a been my experience that they always want to do more service then what you ask for or what the manufacturer recommends. I came in to have my tire pressure checked between oil changes. I had not called ahead but was still greeted by name and even given a complementary car wash. Everyone was friendly, Juan my service person in particular was attentive and responsive to my request for discount on the service. It was just an awkward experience; customer service felt strained particular was attentive and responsive to my request for discount on the service. It was just an awkward experience; customer service felt strained and curt. Some of it due to Covid restrictions. I'm aware of that. The price of the hubcap was too much and was deemed "critical" on my preliminary work order when it most likely could have waited. I felt as if service wanted to make sure they got more than $25 dollars for the oil change service which I scheduled for the appointment. I went ahead with the recommendation due to it being marked "critical", however it is something to consider when women attend to their car maintenance and get charged more sometimes for unnecessary services. I will continue to bring my car to this service center as needed but will be vocal regarding my requests for transparency and clarity about the work orders. More
