Good overall Experience Came in for basic oil change, fluid checks, vehicle assessment. Service was great at check in and service advisor, service was well performed. Only 2 Came in for basic oil change, fluid checks, vehicle assessment. Service was great at check in and service advisor, service was well performed. Only 2 issues were that I was using an email special sent specifically to our inbox for 50% discount off normal price of an oil change package, with regular price being $58.88 on the coupon. Once my service was completed and I received my invoice, I was charged 50% off of $76.88 for the oil change. When I questioned the difference based on the printed email I had brought along, I was told that my vehicle required full synthetic oil, which was more expensive. If this was the case, it should have been stated on the email I received (was stated nowhere), so cost me roughly an extra $9 + tax, which was deceptive in y opinion. Otherwise, everything went very well other than quite a few spots on side mirrors and paint after the car was washed, but we just re-washed at our local car wash afterward. Super friendly personnel at this dealership, would have given 5 star rating if not for mis-quoting the price we were to pay on the email. More

Matt was the best!!! Best experience ever!!!!! I purchased cars before so I thought it was going to be stressful like the past. But Matt made it so easy and was super friendly and very professional I purchased cars before so I thought it was going to be stressful like the past. Also I was very pleased on how thorough he was and especially when he stayed at the dealership after it closed so my wife and I can sign the paperwork and drive away.
