Patient, Friendly, Nice, No Pressure! So I called Liam Bennett up on the phone and asked him a ton of questions. He was quite patient with me. I made 2 appointments and did not show. Meanwhile, I still called and asked him more questions and he remained patient. I called him today 6/30 and said, Liam, give me the bottom line on Price. I listened to him and said, Ok, see you in a couple of hours. Showed up, and said, there is no need to sell us, we love your brand, and you have spoken with me at length and answered my questions. Can you let my wife and I, ride without you, and drive the 4 and 6 cylinder Subarus. He said sure and we filled out loaner agreements. Drove each and said, "Liam we want the 6 cylinder model. We went to finance and That was easy and smooth, no stress. We met with Lance, and soon we were sitting in our new 3.6 Outback, with Liam giving us detailed instructions on the vehicles equipment. Thank you Liam, Thank you Lance, Thank you Subaru of Gwinnett. I have not purchased a new vehicle in 15 years, and THIS transaction was wonderful. More
