My wife knew she wanted a Crosstrek, so at least we had a starting point. I contacted Liam over the phone on a Friday evening with my concerns and expectations. We scheduled an appointment early Saturday morning. When we arrived, my wife noticed a Crosstrek parked out front that she thought looked suweeeeet! Unbeknownst to us, based on my conversation with Liam, he had already brought a car up front that he thought we would be interested in. Long story short, the transaction was painless! We were given a great price, great financing, my wife was happy, and we were on our way after only a few short hours at the dealership. Thanks Liam and thanks Subaru of Gwinnett!! More

He kept in touch with me (not overwhelmingly) through the week that I looked and let me know options that fit within my needs and budget. He explained everything to me with all of the updated features (it's been 12 years!). My new Crosstrek is JUST RIGHT for me. I would highly recommend seeking out Robert Hynson when looking for your new Subaru. The GM, Eric, had sent me an email prior to my visit and came to meet with me twice during our selection. He was genuinely interested in US, unlike a previous dealership where the GM says "come in and have a cup of coffee with me", but we never met him over four new vehicle purchases. Lance, in Finance, was extremely helpful, explaining everything in layman's terms. He even put up with my husband's finance jokes. Very professional and efficient. More

Absolutely awesome. Had a wheel bearing replaced a few years back. Great awesome one day service. During the service an additional engine code.. The additional engine code was also covered by the recall. Saved me over a thousand dollars because of honesty and inegrity of staff. Got many other repair recommendations but didnt feel presured to pursue. Seriously considering making them my sole service provider. And biggest win with both trips was that end total ended up being more than 100 dollars less than what was quoted. More

When questioned, they offered to “put the car on the rack & check”. Why would I trust them?! Complimentary “wash” left streaks (dirty/clean) from car wash, bugs & greasy palm print on hood. “Exceeds Expectations!” We went to Subaru expecting to look and maybe purchase a used vehicle. He was completely open and honest. We ended up getting a brand new car that is SAFE, AFFORDABLE AND WE LOVE IT! He even took the time to make sure we knew how everything worked and tat everything was set up properly. I highly recommend Liam and Subaru for a fist time driver. Subaru’s are rated safe cars and worth every penny. More
