Excellent environment I had a 2017 Forester leased and went i .mn to purchase a 2018 WRX. The entire staff has always been more than willing to go out of their way to make sure I'm comfortable no matter what might be going on before I arrive. I have and will conti use to send people to Subaru of Gwinnett, not only for the amazing vehicles but even more so for the love of the staff. Another Excellent Customer Experience I purchased my Outback from Subaru of Gwinnett and have experienced four service visits. Three were for scheduled maintenance and one was due to an un I purchased my Outback from Subaru of Gwinnett and have experienced four service visits. Three were for scheduled maintenance and one was due to an unexpected battery failure. In each occasion, the service department attended me promptly and kept me informed of the status of the service. The waiting area is quiet and comfortable and the coffee, snack and refreshments bar is a added touch of courtesy that shows how much they value their customers. When the services were completed, there were only good surprises such as not charging me for the battery or washing my car (nice touch always). I live in Brookhaven and gladly drive the 25 minutes for their excellent service. I've already recommended Subaru of Gwinnet to two good friends. More
Excellent Service - A Hallmark of Subaru of Gwinnett My appointment was made on Wednesday afternoon. I had personal commitments on Thursday and Friday morning. I was scheduled for 11:30 AM on Friday. My My appointment was made on Wednesday afternoon. I had personal commitments on Thursday and Friday morning. I was scheduled for 11:30 AM on Friday. My car was checked in promptly. Service Advisor, Kyle, advised me of what should be done on this visit. He asked if there was anything else I would like checked. Fortunately, there was not. Kyle quoted an anticipated price and a time estimate of one hour. He advised me that someone would let me know if they should find anything else during their service inspection. I went to the waiting area where I obtained a cup of coffee. Water, tea, and snacks were also available if anyone chose to partake of those items. Kyle came to the waiting area at approximately 12:25 PM and advised me that my auto was ready. Kyle went over the list of items which had been completed. He then went over what I should expect on my next service (60,000 miles). The next service will be considerably more expensive than the service just completed. However, I already know, so I will not be surprised at my next service. Kyle escorted me to my freshly washed vehicle and I drove away in a clean car, satisfied with my service and at the predicted time and expense. I do not want to sound complacent; but, after three plus years and 55,000+ miles of driving my Subaru , I have come to expect the same good service each time I visit. More
