Didn't Fx the Problem Took the car in due to a rough idle issue. The guy also said something like "Idle vibration is normal", but it didn't have rough idle until about 30,000 miles. Also, I've complained on every visit that, although it's nice that they wash the car, they don't dry the windows! Such an annoyance... I dry my own windows before driving away from the dealership and despite my commenting to the people working in the bay, no one even helps me. This is a nice facility and they go through the motions of good customer service, but don't follow through. More

LOVE these folks I would nor do buisness with another dealership....Actually I live 10 minutes from my local dealership, but I prefer to drive the almost hour ro Gwinn I would nor do buisness with another dealership....Actually I live 10 minutes from my local dealership, but I prefer to drive the almost hour ro Gwinnett as these folks are too notch and entusiastic about selling you a vehicle.
