We had an absolutely phenomenal experience We recently decided to purchase a new car after moving back to Atlanta following an extended overseas assignment. We did research several other manufacturers including Subaru and test drove several types/models before making our decision with the 2018 Forester XT touring. It had been many years since our last automobile purchase and we were a bit skeptical of the whole car buying experience. However, we were pleasantly surprised with your Dealership, and in particular with the fine young salesperson, Elizabeth Puckett, She was warm, friendly, attentive and very thorough in taking us through the entire process and never once pressured us while we were looking elsewhere. Even during the negotiation process she was pleasant and accommodating to the best of her ability, and we were pleased with the final pricing which was clearly defined with no surprise add-on. Additionally, the color we wanted was not on the the lot, but Elizabeth and the Sales Manager went through an out of State dealer to get us the car for the agreed price. After the closing she took the time to explain all the features again and offered her services if we never needed explanations in the future. Great person to have and we were pleased and blessed to have her as our salesperson. Charles was a very charming and friendly individual and did his job very efficiently. He did offer some add on packages which we chose not to select at the present time. The other staff members we came in contact with were all great as well. Well done! We will be coming back for service and if we ever buy another Subaru, we are going to call Elizabeth! Also going to recommend her to all our friends and family if they need a new or used Subaru. Quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it I was able to make a last minute appointment when my car had some trouble starting. I arrived early but was seen immediately. Matthew led us through several different models and we quickly found that the Impreza Sport is a great combination of style, room, safety, and build.
