We purchased through Jim a 2018 Outback Touring this August to accompany the 2010 Outback Limited we also bought new from him. Jill's team has kept the 2010 like new, and this car’s excellent condition precludes our trading or selling it any time soon. Jim and Jill always provide detailed and essential information within their purview and have never failed to secure an answer to any inquiry. We shopped three other Georgia based Subaru dealers in pursuit of the 2018 Outback purchase, but no other new sales managers could match the offerings of Subaru of Gwinnett. Jim has consistently been straight forward in vehicle purchase negotiations and provides a balance for the dealership and the customer to both be pleased with the transaction. He made sure we were informed of all the Outback's operational and safety features and functions. His customer centric presentation of the Starlink system lead us to add the three year plan. Through the years, our family dogs have enjoyed being welcomed to accompany us during visits to SoG. The four new waiting areas cater to customer preferences: a quiet room for reading and social media device use; a child friendly interactive room; a reading, media device, and TV room; and an area with courtesy drinks and healthy snacks provided. Our confidence and satisfaction in Jill's service team is so well earned, we would have brought our new Outback to SoG for service regardless of where we purchased the vehicle. I submitted a request for pricing on a 2018 Outback to all of the dealers within a 3 hour one-way trip from our home. Since pricing was very close from each dealer, I decided that customer service and availability would guide my decision. Matthew responded to every email very quickly without subjecting me to the daily automated emails that I received from several dealerships. He followed up with phone calls when email just wouldn't do the job. He quickly found the exact vehicle we wanted and arranged a trade with another dealership However, the best part of the entire experience was the day we came in to make the purchase. It's a 4 hour round-trip drive to the dealership and I was expecting a very long day. I was pleasantly surprised to find that everything was ready for us when we arrived and in just a very short time we had traded our car for a beautiful new Subaru Outback and were on our way back home. In the following days we received emails and phone calls just to make sure that all was well with our purchase. More

I created a list of all the items and features I needed and searched dealer inventory for the vehicle. Subaru of Gwinnett had two cars that fit my needs so I called the dealership and Jim Heet answered the phone. I gave him the stock numbers and he verified the two vehicles were still in stock. When I arrived at the dealership, Jim had a vehicle ready to go. The first thing Jim did was to demonstrate how the adaptive cruise control worked -- amazing! Jim was more of a teacher than a salesman; he answered questions I didn't even know to ask. So I felt very confident I had made the correct decision and I purchased the vehicle that afternoon. Jim laid out all the figures item by item and I thought the price was quite fair. The entire sales process took about three hours. More
