I could probably find someplace where it was not quite as expensive (but isn't all car service expensive??), but I don't believe I would receive the kind of service that I do here. Each person treats my 17 year old car like it was a brand new one. Shaun, my service adviser, always makes time for me and works with me to get my car serviced in a timely manner. And when it was a matter of safety and fitting with my budget, this dealership allowed me a loaner car for a week. I won't take my car anywhere else. And I positively will own another Subaru should I not be able to keep this one on the road until I no longer drive. More

We let Adam know what we were interested in purchasing, and he eagerly met all of our expectations. His honesty, non-pushy attitude, and patience with us made us want to work with Subaru of Gwinnett even if they had not given us the best deal we could find on our new Subaru. We felt appreciated and valued as customers. Even after we purchased our vehicle, the attention to us as customers was astounding. Adam spent at least an extra 30-45 minutes with us to patiently take us through all of the pertinent features of our new car. We certainly would recommend Subaru of Gwinnett to any future Subaru customers. It truly was the best car buying experience we have had. More

Before we went to Adam we were also communicating with a different Subaru dealership in another location and Adam was very honest when asking him questions and in any moment we felt he was pressuring us. compared with the other dealership person, Adam was the best, he called us many times with direct answers (not going around) and never felt he was pushing us. Once we were there looking at cars he was very helpful and informative. No pressure again, he just wanted us to choose the best car for our needs. I would recommend Adam to anyone! His Manager, Charles Williams was very helpful as well. More

Which this dealer a area is provided that has a large picture window into the service area and one can view the mechanic/technician working on the vehicles. I like this more that just hanging aroubf a break area totally blind that you experience with other dealers. My vehicle was returned cleaner that it was when I dropped it off. We had many questions since we had previewed options online before arriving. She explained features and answered questions both before and after our test drive, essentially giving us a replay of instructions and allowing some time to absorb it all. She set up our radio stations, paired our phones to Blue Tooth, and gave tips on best use. We learned a lot and will return to her if we have questions. More
