Airbag Replacement-New Car Purchase I went to have the airbag replaced in my 2008 Outback and while I was there, I asked Adam a few questions about the 2017 Outbacks. He answered all my I went to have the airbag replaced in my 2008 Outback and while I was there, I asked Adam a few questions about the 2017 Outbacks. He answered all my questions and asked if I would like to drive a loaner while my car was being worked on. Needless to say, the experience was a good one as we went back the next day and bought two vehicles, a new Outback and also a WRX. Adam was very thorough, and everyone we met the dealership was professional. From the service check in team and Alyssa, to meeting and working with Adam/sales, to the finance manager (can't remember his name), everything went very smoothly. First maintenance checkup. When I arrived at the service entrance, a man with a nice smile motioned me to drive my car in. Another man came to me to do a walk around the car to When I arrived at the service entrance, a man with a nice smile motioned me to drive my car in. Another man came to me to do a walk around the car to do a paint check after which I was introduced to the man who would oversee my case. He explained what was going to be done and the time it would take. I was told it would take between an hour and an hour and a half. The crew finished working on my car after 75 minutes which included a car wash. The service and attitudes of staff were very good. More
