Recent maintenance trip They checked all of the areas, recommended some I didn't think of plus preformed the necessary work quickly and efficiently. Which this dealer a area They checked all of the areas, recommended some I didn't think of plus preformed the necessary work quickly and efficiently. Which this dealer a area is provided that has a large picture window into the service area and one can view the mechanic/technician working on the vehicles. I like this more that just hanging aroubf a break area totally blind that you experience with other dealers. My vehicle was returned cleaner that it was when I dropped it off. Great dealership and service dept. More

We h My husband and I bought a 2017 Outback at Gwinnett Subaru. Elizabeth Puckett was patient, friendly and, above all, knowledgeable about this car. We had many questions since we had previewed options online before arriving. She explained features and answered questions both before and after our test drive, essentially giving us a replay of instructions and allowing some time to absorb it all. She set up our radio stations, paired our phones to Blue Tooth, and gave tips on best use. We learned a lot and will return to her if we have questions. More

Saying it was completed when in fact it was not caused corroded battery cables to necessitate getting a new battery earlier than needed. This happened twice & was very frustrating. More

First class dealership. Our experience began with a response from Elizabeth Puckett; after a brief internet inquiry she phoned, answered questions and invited us to visit. M Our experience began with a response from Elizabeth Puckett; after a brief internet inquiry she phoned, answered questions and invited us to visit. My sister was the original person that had such a great experience at the Gwinnett dealership and Elizabeth picked right up from that intro. No pressure which I appreciated. Finance person, Lance was helpful, clear, and professional. Thank you for a wonderful experience. More
Happy First Time Car Buyer I had a great experience with Subaru of Gwinnett. As a first time car buyer, I was pretty nervous and I had visited a different dealer already. The fi I had a great experience with Subaru of Gwinnett. As a first time car buyer, I was pretty nervous and I had visited a different dealer already. The first dealer was a little bit condescending and would not slow down. Elizabeth at Subaru of Gwinnett took her time with me and treated me extremely well. I ended up with exactly the car I wanted and I felt good about the process. And when I left my parking pass in my trade-in, Elizabeth went the extra mile to over night mail it to me so I didn't have to go out to the dealership. Excellent experience. More

I will start by saying that I have spent about $10,000 in service with them over the years, and have gone to them for 95 percent of my Subaru service needs. I would like to continue the relationship but unless this issue is resolved in a manner that serves both parties I find it impossible to do so. Late last year, I had them replace an engine in my Legacy GT. While doing that, they did take note that the clutch, flywheel and pressure plate were badly worn but declined to inform me of that even after I had been in correspondence with them thru email about the repair. I specifically asked if there were any issues with the car. Mind you, during this process, I had spoken to several service advisors including the service manager and not one made it known to me that a clutch was needed. At the time of pickup, I get my car and paperwork and leave, happy that my car is back on the road. Two months later, the car won't move. I have it towed back for diagnosis and they tell me a $5,000 transmission is needed because the worn clutch damaged it. I asked, why wasn't I informed that clutch was bad??? Their response was "it was on the second page of the receipt in between the itemization of things we fixed". It also said I had declined the clutch job even though I was not made aware that it was an issue. So now I have a $5000 issue when it would have been a $900 issue if they hadn't lied to me about the status of the car in the first place, then lied about me declining the clutch repair. Crap Service to say the least. More
Best car buying experience in 50 years Car buying is a strenuous experience for customer and sales person alike. We've bought cars since 1964, and by far this time we're truly satisfied. Car buying is a strenuous experience for customer and sales person alike. We've bought cars since 1964, and by far this time we're truly satisfied. Tim Daly was knowledgeable, honest, straightforward, and patient. We sorted thru a good number of choices until we finally made a decision. No regrets whatsoever. Rest of the staff on the floor were equally helpful and eager. More
