Airbag Replacement-New Car Purchase I went to have the airbag replaced in my 2008 Outback and while I was there, I asked Adam a few questions about the 2017 Outbacks. He answered all my questions and asked if I would like to drive a loaner while my car was being worked on. Needless to say, the experience was a good one as we went back the next day and bought two vehicles, a new Outback and also a WRX. Adam was very thorough, and everyone we met the dealership was professional. From the service check in team and Alyssa, to meeting and working with Adam/sales, to the finance manager (can't remember his name), everything went very smoothly. First maintenance checkup. When I arrived at the service entrance, a man with a nice smile motioned me to drive my car in. Another man came to me to do a walk around the car to When I arrived at the service entrance, a man with a nice smile motioned me to drive my car in. Another man came to me to do a walk around the car to do a paint check after which I was introduced to the man who would oversee my case. He explained what was going to be done and the time it would take. I was told it would take between an hour and an hour and a half. The crew finished working on my car after 75 minutes which included a car wash. The service and attitudes of staff were very good. More

Another dealer sent us a personal biography and photos of herself at home - too much! If I wanted a relationship, I would have visited in person. No nonesense from Sara. She had several of the Crosstreks we were looking for in stock. And, she was eager to customize them in any way we chose without having to upgrade to a higher level package and pay for features we didn't want, like some other dealers expected. It was a no hassle, no pressure experience and we walked out that day with a new car, since we decided to take it as is, without additional add-ons. Totally happy customer. More
