Best car buying experience I have ever had! I had to purchase a new car after a wreck that totaled my Nissan Rogue. Needless to say, it was a very painful experience having to visit multiple dealers and put up with sketchy salesmen. That all changed when I arrived at Subaru of Gwinnett. I met with Elizabeth Puckett, who from our first meeting went above and beyond to help me find the right car for me that was within my budget. We test drove cars on two separate occasions and worked to narrow down the trim options. She found creative ways to get me the trims that I wanted, for less!!! Elizabeth really listened to what I wanted and asked the right questions. It was a completely different experience from all the other car dealers that I had previously visited. I purchased a 2017 Subaru Forester and I am super happy with my new car and the entire process. Above all, I highly recommend that you ask for Elizabeth. Very curious, friendly and professional! More

Saved my Labor Day weekend!! My 2015 Forester was acting weird today while I was at lunch so I stopped by the dealer so they could ride with me and see what was happening even tho My 2015 Forester was acting weird today while I was at lunch so I stopped by the dealer so they could ride with me and see what was happening even though they told me they didn't have any master techs working today. Shawn immediately felt the problem and said they would get me a loaner. I told him I was going out of town (state, actually) and he said he would see if they would make an exception to their "no out of state trips for loaners". He got it approved since my car was obviously not right, and I had plans for the Labor Day weekend. I was on my way in a 2016 Forester in under 30 minutes!! Wow! From Shawn to the rental guy to the greeter guy, everyone was so professional and friendly. No hassle. No arguments. Just here's your loaner, and we'll call you when we find out what's wrong with your car. FanTASTic job! You guys are the BEST!! More

I was very impressed that the sales team is available at those hours. Dad and I arrived at Gwinnett Subaru even before the doors opened at 9a, and the receptionist took very good care of us, inviting us to wait in a lovely waiting room and offering us coffee and water. Elizabeth not only was professional, but she also was friendly, well-informed about the particular car I wanted, and efficient in her handling of the paperwork. The finance manager, Lance Willhite, had just that day been promoted from the sales team, but he also was so good at his new job that I never would have known it was the first day he performed it. Both Dad and I tell everyone that this was absolutely the most pleasurable experience we ever have had at any car dealership. I could not be happier!!!" More

Our salesman, Nelson Gibson, was available immediately when we arrived and greeted us with a big smile and welcome -- nice after our long car trip. We quickly took a ride in the 2015 Forester XT that we were interested in purchasing. After we returned to the dealership, Nelson was thoughtful enough to let us talk privately with each other about the car and our decision whether to purchase. We did decide to purchase the car and Nelson quickly arranged everything so that we could take the car that evening (it was already late in the day when we arrived). The entire process took less than 2 hours and we appreciated how professional and knowledgeable Nelson was throughout the experience. Our experience with the finance person, Rob Pruett, was also very professional and we appreciated his assistance as well. We love our car -- thank you!!!!! More
