I knew exactly what I wantd and the going rate, so I (very skeptically) contacted Subaru of Gwinnett. I was incredibly surprised when Elizabeth answered both my email and called me back immediately. From there, it went smoother than any business transaction I could imagine. Within two days, we had negotiated price and I had all of my questions answered. It was worth it to me to travel 200 miles to Gwinnett to pick up my new car than to deal with the apathy and indifference I had experienced locally. Buying a new Subaru made easy My husband and I arrived not long before closing time and met our salesman Lance Willhite who was expecting us. My 12 year old Subaru Legacy was need My husband and I arrived not long before closing time and met our salesman Lance Willhite who was expecting us. My 12 year old Subaru Legacy was needing repairs and I decided to look for a new Subaru instead - a Crosstrek. Lance listened to my "must haves" and took us on a test drive in a Crosstrek that was the color I wanted, with the Eyesite safety system on it. However, this Crosstrek did not have a sunroof and I wasn't sure I wanted Eyesite until we test drove the car. Lance's knowledge and enthusiasm about the Subaru technology sold me! I ended up in a Crosstrek XV in Desert Khaki rather than white, but I really love it and love the look! It has the Eyesite technology and a few extras too. I feel very safe in this vehicle and I love the way it rides. I can't wait to drive it each day and it's made my commute so much more enjoyable. Thank you Lance for your patience and for sharing your knowledge and love of Subaru vehicles with me and my husband! I look forward to many more years of Subaru driving. More
