Best. Experience. Ever. I was in the market for a high end SUV. I contacted SOG via email inquiring about a GX 460 they had for sale. Nelson Gibson contacted me, we spoke bri I was in the market for a high end SUV. I contacted SOG via email inquiring about a GX 460 they had for sale. Nelson Gibson contacted me, we spoke briefly by phone but primarily communicated through email. Not residing in the Atlanta area, I sent numerous questions and made several request becuase I could not readily see the vehicle in person. Mr. Gibson promptly sent every picture, document, and service record I requested- from the hood to all the way under the SUV. I had someone test drive the vehicle for me and Mr. Gibson came in on his day off to ensure everything went smoothly. I have never met Mr. Gibson in person. His professionalism, courteousness, knowledge and non pushy approach to customer service won my trust. He was friendly, honest, and always "sounded like" he was smiling and happy to serve me. In the end, Mr. Gibson had my vehicle delivered to my front door. Three weeks later ...I'm still ecstatic about my purchase and can't get over how easy it was to buy a SUV through email. This has been the BEST car buying experiencing. I can not speak for the dealership- I have never set foot there- but I highly recommend Nelson Gibson for your vehicle buying needs. Adam Anderson was my salesman and he was Great!....No pressure, very friendly and knowledgeable. I couldn't have asked for a better experience! I explored other makes and models but nothing beat the Outback. I absolutely felt this car was giving me the most for my money. After checking around, this dealership beat all other offers and it was so easy. I was amazed! I will send all my friends and family there when they're in the market for a new or used vehicle.
