I had actually test drove a vehicle in late 2014, but decided it wasn't the right time to buy. I got no pressure from Lance, just a polite "come back and see me when you're ready." So I did recently and purchased a new 2016 Forester. I couldn't be happier with the deal I got, the car, and the overall customer service. Even though this dealership isn't the closest to my house, I'm glad that I chose Subaru of Gwinnett to do business with. Highly recommended! More

Very straightforward, direct and honest. Since my previous car was totaled by a collision shop and my insurance company's courtesy rental car was due, Trina gave me a loaner Subaru Forrester for 2 weeks until my car would be delivered, since they did not have my color and configuration in stock. I have never experienced this level of service!! The day I was to pick up the loaner, I was stuck in traffic and was likely to miss the 7pm closing time by a short time. Their receptionist agreed to wait until I made it to the dealership. Then my car got delivered at the dealership way ahead of schedule and Trina both called me and emailed me to let me know the car was here. The entire process from start to finish took about 2 hours to drive off. I am very happy with the experience. This is how car buying/leasing should be everywhere, period! More
