Came in for 30k service. I advised that our computer screen cycled on and off frequently and Service advisor stated that it just needed to be updated. Service took a little more then 3 hours. When finished we went over repairs and I asked about the computer update, which he left to ask the tech and was told the website was down???? I think it was forgotten as it wasn’t listed on the service ticket. This is a big inconvenience as I live an hour and a half away from a dealership so I would need to make another 3 hour round trip plus service time to get something done that should have been done while there. Not happy about that. Otherwise the service waiting area is nice and stocked with drinks and snacks. Everyone was was friendly that we came in contact with. More

We had a fuel gauge issue. We were told it would take a full diagnostic fee of $179. Okay. That will require another $179 diagnostic fee. Huh? Okay. We'll call you by 9:30AM At 5:30PM the next day i had to drive over to find out what was going on. They were nice and got me some answers. The answer was it is fine. Huh? Okay. We'll see. They apologized for not calling us. We believed they were sincere. More
