Went in for oil change and alignment first thing in the morning at 8:30 am, sat for almost two hours before I had to ask someone to give me a update on my vehicle. When he finally gave me a update he said it shouldn't be much longer and they were having to train a new tech. Why wasn't I told this prior? I then sat for another hour before my car was complete. I was told my alignment gave them some trouble and that's why it took even longer. Horrible experience and to drive forty five minutes on top of that is not worth it. More

1st service maintenance done. Had 2k miles and Alignment was okay. Device attendant showed me the printout which was nice. Wheels rotated and they added air to fronts 35psi but didn't reduce the rears to 33psi as specs suggest. I have green tire valve caps and they replaced one (cracked) with a black one. Why not green? Or make all black? Green cap is supposed to mean nitrogen filled in tires but noone can seem to confirm that. Oil change done, but person left several oil spots from his elbow on leather center console. I cleaned it up! Time it took was good, waiting room clean and service people nice. More
