Subaru ambiguous charge of $32.68 on a $1,371 service call is unacceptable. This has no reflection on the representative that I spoke to, I believe this was outside his responsibility. If this charge is important enough for Subaru Service to charge the customer it needs to be itemized. Mr. McCoy offered to apply credit next time, but feel Misc. just sends the wrong connotation. We have been with Gwinnett Subaru for over 10 years and after moving we continued driving 30 miles to stay with you. In review of our past charges, Misc. has never shown on any charges. Very disappointed. More

The staff could not have been nicer! They found a problem I didn’t even know i had and fixed it under warranty. I went in for an oil change, which they did for free and they rotated my tires and I w problem I didn’t even know i had and fixed it under warranty.
