I wonder why a oil change was taking so long and couldn’t find my car on the lot after looking around for it. Come to find out that my car was taken off the lot so they could give it a quote of what I would find my car on the lot after looking around for it. Service was great with exception of awful air freshener used in my car. Had I known that was to be used, I would have requested to NOT use it. Came in with my TPMS light on. Car was ready 2 hours later and within 2 miles, the light came back on. Returned to dealership and waited 30 minutes. Car was ready again and I left. Within 3 miles, the T later and within 2 miles, the light came back on. Returned to dealership and waited 30 minutes. Car was ready again and I left. Within 3 miles, the TPMS light came back on. Returned to the dealership for a 3rd time and was told that I would need to leave the car overnight for further diagnostic. Since I was returning back home to NC the following day, I could not leave the car. Since the car had the same issue when I left, I requested a refund of the repair cost ($65.00), but was told that would not be possible. I paid for a repair that never happened. We will see what the dealership decides to do. I will add a comment once and if I hear from them. More
