I arrived shortly before my 2:30 appointment yet had to wait over 20 minutes to even be checked in. My car was not ready until 4:30 with the person assigned to me apologizing for it taking 1.5 hours - it wait over 20 minutes to even be checked in. My car was not ready until 4:30 with the person assigned to me apologizing for it taking 1.5 hours - it was over 2 hours and I do not understand why I had to wait to almost 3:00 to even be checked in when multiple service people appeared available. If someone makes an appointment and is assigned a specific person then honor the time commitment or get someone else to help them. More
Hello, I noticed a couple of dings on my car after I got home. Not sure if those are related to the service performed on the car, but I don't recall them being there when I took my car there. We have been back to this dealership 3 times now to try to get electrical issues fixed. The dealership cannot get the issues fixed and as of this point we are out about $1,500.00 and we still don't know if to get electrical issues fixed. Subaru of Gwinnett does not stand behind their workmanship and Subaru corporate does not stand behind their cars. We will not be back to Subaru of Gwinnett and this is the last Subaru we will ever purchase. We have had more problems with this car and with this dealership than any car we have ever owned or service department we have ever worked with. It has always been because the Outback we purchased is a bad product and not because of misuse or damage. Avoid Subaru as a whole and Subaru of Gwinnett if you have the option. More
