The car wash was nice and appreciated, however, as nice as Jeff was, the overall service was more leaning to the poor side. This has happened to us twice now, when scheduling the appointment every issue i as Jeff was, the overall service was more leaning to the poor side. Yes, a loaner car is given but my husband had to drive over a 3 hour once again. They need to think forward not in the moment as far as we see it. As far as the diagnostic test that was done, even though nothing was found, my husband said on his drive back the car was still doing the same thing. SO. Then the coupon issue of which Subaru sent to me (much appreciated too - thank you Subaru). I feel like I had to "negotiate" to get the coupon that Jeff had told me I was going to be able to use, in fact, at the time of drop off, he told me that I could use two. By the end of our conversation, I was just happy to get one coupon toward my service bill. Bottom line is, Jeff is very personable and knowlegable, but as far as the overall experience I and my husband say that it was a frustraiting experience all the way around this time and also the last service visit. Not a happy customer this time around. PLEASE, WHEN SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT AT LEAST COMMUNICATE WITH THE CUSTOMER THAT THERE MAY BE A POSSIBILITY OF NEEDING TO LEAVE YOUR VEHICLE, IT WOULD BE A MORE CUSTOMER FRIENDLY THING TO DO...or PERHAPS THEY NEED TO COMMUICATE THAT A DIFFERENT DAY OF THE WEEK TO SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT SUCH AS THIS WOULD BE MORE APPROPRIATE TO GET THE TESTING ACCOMPLISHED. I asked if my warranty covered a compression and leak test and asked if I could get it done because my car didn’t feel right. I drive an STI and I told the service representative car has a loss of power test and asked if I could get it done because my car didn’t feel right. He told me he couldn’t do a compression and leak test unless something was wrong. That I would have to pay for it. More
Best customer service! My son brought his car in for the 30,000 mile service. I came to pick him up. Kyle did a wonderful job of explaining everything that was involved with the service.
