Too Long Appt. at 11am. Told it would take about an hour and my "service tech" would meet me in 10 minutes. 25 minutes later I had to ask. Told simple servi Appt. at 11am. Told simple service, oil change, rotate tires, vehicle inspection, should be done in an hour. At 1:30pm still nothing from no one...till finally I got someone to help me. There was no reason for my service to have taken 2 1/2 hours. I barely put 1000 miles on it from when purchased in December. People who came in AFTER me, left BEFORE me. The only reason I can think for not being treated as a normal customer, was because my service was free. Thanks, but no thanks. You lost me as a customer. More

30,000 mile inspection The guy said it would take about 1 1/2 hrs & it was right on it! I do have to come back to have a regulator put on my passenger window. Coffee of your choice, tea of your choice is ready for you to select, morning snacks to go with your coffee or tea. The service man is wonderful, coming back every few minutes to give you an update and how much longer your car will be ready. After servicing, they give you a complimentary car wash. Very impressive. Was supposed to have gotten my cars oil change, but declined because i could get it for $30. Cheaper than their price. Next thing i knew, he was back and asked if he gave me the $30. Off, would i like to get my oil changed there instead of driving all over. Of course I said I would. He even told me that the next service would require break fluid and gave me the price I would be looking at. GREAT place. Don’t mind driving the distance to have service like the have. More
