Nightmare April 2019 took vehicle in for 60,000 mile scheduled maintenance and replaced brakes and rotors. At that time was told imagine inspection was done. J April 2019 took vehicle in for 60,000 mile scheduled maintenance and replaced brakes and rotors. At that time was told imagine inspection was done. June 2019 vehicle broke down. After returning to the dealership the diagnosis vehicle had a slow oil leak and caused the malfunction of sensor. Total cost to repair $2300, again in the engine inspection was done. After picking the vehicle up broke down within 24 hours. The vehicle now sits again at Subaru of Gwinnett. More

Second horrible experience in a row. After my last bad experience with your service department, I vowed to use a private garage. But I gave you one more shot and you blew it again. I arrived at 8:20 and was told to sit in the waiting room. Note that ALL I NEEDED TO DO WAS PICK UP A CAR that you finished servicing the day before. At 9:00, having not seen nor heard from anyone, I started walking around the office and asking to be helped. Someone finally pointed me in the direction of someone who finished processing the order and took me outside to get my car. Here's where the fun begins. The car was running and the run timer on the dash said 28 minutes. The AC was on full blast and all the windows were down. That's right, you left my car running for nearly half an hour with the AC running and no one came and got me. Pathetic. More

Not perfect the first time, but they made it right! We have always had great service from Subaru. This time, they made a minor mistake, which I felt the results of as soon as I drove the next day. When I called the service center, I was taken to voicemail. So I phoned again, and consultants made sure that I got a real person to talk to. The service technician was more than apologetic and empathetic. When he relayed the details to the service manager, the manager offered to send a technician TO MY HOUSE to fix the problem rather than have me drive all the way back. Oh, and I need to mention... when my husband was waiting for the car on the day it was serviced, it began to look like the wait was going to go into the lunch hour, so they loaned him a car so he could go to lunch.
