I joined Subaru of Gwinnett in October of 2017 as a Certified Product Specialist, but have over 8 years of experience with Subaru on the west coast. I was born and raised in Los Angeles before briefly moving out of state to pursue a professional baseball career. I currently live in the Cumming area with my wife, Danielle. Together, we are experiencing for the first time what its like to have a yard to play in and four real seasons. I am an avid sports fan with a deep passion and love the game of baseball. My favorite baseball team is the Los Angeles Dodgers and My favorite football team is the Atlanta Falcons. (Not just because I moved here, I actually have been a fan of the Falcons since I was 9 years old!)

I’ve been to 3’other Subaru dealers in the area and SoG, to me, has outshined them all. Courteous, no pressure and up front dealership. I’ve bought two cars from here and never felt bad after leaving to me, has outshined them all. Courteous, no pressure and up front dealership. This is the second Subaru that Matthew has helped me purchase. He is very patient with my numerous questions and makes the car buying process virtually painless for me ;). This was the first time I met Steven, and he was skilled at explaining the paperwork and important details when signing all of the documents. In fact, everyone that I have met in Customer Service has been courteous and has made me feel valued. Coming back from Atlanta, there was a rock in the middle of the diamond lane on I-85N which I couldn't avoid hitting. The next day, we took my 2023 Forester Premium to Subaru of Gwinnett where it was purch of the diamond lane on I-85N which I couldn't avoid hitting. The next day, we took my 2023 Forester Premium to Subaru of Gwinnett where it was purchased the end of 2022 to be checked out underneath for damage. Ashley greeting us in a friendly manner & set us up with Issa as our service advisor. He was very friendly & knowledgeable & said they would do a complete safety check on the entire car. He gave me the good news that there was no damage & even had the car washed. I asked how much for their service which was over an hour & he replied "nothing." I wanted to pay them for their time but they insisted "no charge." I can't say enough about this dealership, the staff & the car itself. It has performed flawlessly & is jam packed with safety features. Thanks again Subaru of Gwinnett. Happy New Year! More
